{"id":8435,"date":"2025-12-23T11:07:06","date_gmt":"2025-12-23T11:07:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/inv.si\/?post_type=news&#038;p=8435"},"modified":"2026-03-06T09:13:47","modified_gmt":"2026-03-06T09:13:47","slug":"employment-professional-worker-in-research-activities-vii-2-ii-project-office","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/inv.si\/en\/news\/employment-professional-worker-in-research-activities-vii-2-ii-project-office\/","title":{"rendered":"Employment: Professional worker in research activities VII\/2-II (Project office)"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<div id=\"content-text-block-block_70b47cb5ef309b715bc692bbec94ac56\" class=\"block-content-text-block\">\r\n    <p><p>The Institute for Ethnic Studies (INV) is advertising a vacancy for a <strong>Professional worker in research activities VII\/2-II \u2013 work in the project office (M\/F)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4>Job description<\/h4>\n<p>The tasks in the project office include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>participation in the application and preparation of national and international research projects (administrative and financial part of the application),<\/li>\n<li>preparing reviews and monitoring the use of time and resources on projects,<\/li>\n<li>cooperating with partners, auditors, and other project participants on the administrative and financial implementation of projects,<\/li>\n<li>preparing periodic and final financial reports for projects,<\/li>\n<li>ensuring that project documentation is organized and complete,<\/li>\n<li>updating and maintaining the INV website,<\/li>\n<li>preparing promotional content, content for social networks, and news for the media;<\/li>\n<li>reviewing and providing information on national and international calls for research projects;<\/li>\n<li>performing other tasks as instructed by the director.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Requirements for the position<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>education: second-cycle higher education or university degree (social sciences or humanities),<\/li>\n<li>at least 3 years of work experience,<\/li>\n<li>knowledge of one foreign language at an advanced level,<\/li>\n<li>work experience in the field of project work in research, particularly in applying for EU projects and managing administrative and financial project documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The employment contract is concluded for a fixed term until June 30, 2026, for full-time employment, with the possibility of concluding a new contract for an indefinite period.
