The Institute for Ethnic Studies is advertising a vacancy for a “BUSINESS SECRETARY VII\/2 – M\/F”.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job description and tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
– independently organizing, planning, and managing work processes, preparing individual documents and certificates related to the field of work (certificates of employment, certificates related to human resources, and other certificates);<\/div>\n
– preparing and organizing business meetings, sessions, and conferences, and preparing materials and information;<\/div>\n
– participating in the preparation of personnel matters for employees; – receiving and forwarding business and other information within and outside the institute;<\/div>\n
– preparing all data and materials for issuing travel orders and purchase orders;<\/div>\n
– entering data, letters, and texts;<\/div>\n
– sorting and recording documentation;<\/div>\n
– managing employee schedules;<\/div>\n
– monitoring and coordinating domestic and foreign project applications;<\/div>\n

– collecting, preparing, and organizing project documentation and maintaining project archives;<\/p><\/div>\n

– performing other tasks as instructed by the director.\n<\/p><\/div>\n
