Through in-person and distance learning, teachers reached a wide range of children and adults in more than twenty countries, which significantly contributes to preserving Slovenian identity in neighboring countries and elsewhere in Europe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">In 2024, the program included 1,158 participants, with the highest numbers in Serbia, Croatia, and North Macedonia, confirming the great need for learning Slovenian abroad. In addition to classes, professional seminars and meetings were held, enabling teachers to exchange experiences, enhance their knowledge, and strengthen mutual cooperation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Reports, signed contracts, and disbursed funds confirm the effective funding and support provided by the Institute for Ethnic Studies and the Ministry of Education, which enabled the smooth implementation of supplementary classes and good coordination with institutions and embassies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">In 2024, the initiative \u201cSupport and Development of the Slovenian Language Abroad\u201d contributed to an increase in the number of participants, greater accessibility of the Slovenian language, and the strengthening of Slovenian communities abroad.
