Study on Strengthening of the (Social-)Constructivist Approach in Slovenian Border Areas to the Teaching and Learning of Neighboring Languages (NL) in Elementary Schools through the Co-Created Extension and Evaluation of the CoBLaLT Model is a study in the field of applied linguistics and educational linguistics (Educational Linguistics), whose goal is to strengthen social-constructivist teaching and learning of TJ/SJ in Slovenian elementary schools in border areas and possibly in Slovenian elementary schools. The research group’s goal is to make second language teaching more authentic, focused on critical thinking, cognitively grounded, affectively oriented, and socially engaged.
