A special panel of the European research project LEGITIMULT (Horizon Europe) was held on Brijuni today, 9.9.2025, as part of the conference. As part of this panel, Mitja Žagar, PhD presented a paper on the legitimacy and effectiveness of crisis management and its impact on minorities and vulnerable groups.
The LEGITIMULT project examines crisis management during the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on various levels of government and social groups. The Institute for Ethnic Issues is leading research into the impact of crisis management on minorities in the project.
