In 2017, she completed her MA in Sociology of Culture at the Faculty of Arts, University of Ljubljana. Since October 2020, she has been employed as a junnior researcher at the Institute for Ethnic Studies, where she is a member of the programme group P5-0081 Minority and Ethnic Studies and the Slovenian National Question and the J5 -3119 Integration of Immigrants through Civil Society and Political Participation. At the same time, she is enrolled in a doctoral program in Humanities and Social Sciences, in Sociology, at the Department of Sociology of the Faculty of Arts in Ljubljana. Under the mentorship of Dr. Primož Krašovec and co-mentorship of Dr. Ksenija Vidmar Horvat, she is preparing her doctoral dissertation entitled Transnationalization of Care Work and the Position of Migrant Workers in Elderly Care in Slovenia, which is based on qualitative research methods. Since 2021, she has also been a member of the editorial board of the journal Treatises and Documents.
