Assistant with Doctorate
Barbara Duvnjak graduated in cultural studies from the Faculty of Social Sciences in 2018, where she received the Klinar Award for her thesis. In 2019, she completed her master's degree in political science – political theory, and the following year she was employed as a young researcher at the Faculty of Social Sciences. In 2024, she completed her doctoral studies in organizational and human resources studies with a dissertation entitled "The Role of Sustainable Human Resource Management in Slovenian Organizations." In December 2024, she joined the Institute for Ethnic Studies as a assistant with a doctorate, where she focuses on researching the culture of silence surrounding ethnic discrimination against members of the former Yugoslavia in work environments. She also participates in research on other topics within the Institute for Ethnic Studies.
