On Monday, September 15, 2025, we hosted Prof. François Grin at INV. The discussion on the topic Current Challenges in Language Policy and Planning was led by Sabina Zorčič, PhD. In the one-hour conversation, they touched on numerous challenges to European and national language policies of the member states, e.g. implementing multilingualism, the costs and effects of language policies, hegemonic languages, Esperanto, artificial intelligence and much more.
