On 5 May 2026, researchers from the Institute for Ethnic Studies, Danijel Grafenauer, PhD and Attila Kovács, PhD, attended the Külső Tagok Fóruma (Forum of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences – Public Association) ceremony as part of the 200th General Assembly of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (MTA). The event was organized by the MTA Hungarian Science Abroad.
During the ceremony, awards for outstanding scientific work carried out abroad (Arany János Prize and Medal 2026) were also presented.
